The active Energy potential generated by the Soul that is God, which is the 4th Dimension and conveys all His Attitudes and Attributes.
The Universal Consciousness or the Spirit of God, is fully responsive to the human will, and tends to reflect completely all our intentions.
To bring about the manifestation of more of what is desirable to us, we have to first acknowledge and be thankful for where we are in our lives, then we must focus on what is progressive and constructive, and not upon what is negative and destructive. HOM
